# Legal & Warranty Statement

## 1. **Trademark statement**

UDEXREAL is a registered trademark of Nanjing UDEXREAL Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UDEXREAL").

## **2. Disclaimer**

Thank you for purchasing and using UDEXREAL products. The information in this manual involves your safety and your legal rights and responsibilities. This manual can be changed by Nanjing UDEXREAL Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.

By using this product, you and your users have carefully read all disclaimers and precautions, understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions therein. You and your users agree to be fully responsible for your actions and consequences when using this product. You and your users agree to use this product only for appropriate purposes and in compliance with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations, as well as all terms, precautions, practices, policies, and guidelines that UDEXREAL has designated and may establish.

UDEXREAL does not assume any obligation or responsibility for your access to or use of third-party products through this product, or any content or function contained in third-party products, and does not assume any responsibility for personal or property losses caused by your improper use or failure to use in accordance with the above UDEXREAL terms, guidelines, and precautions.

You must comply with all recommendations and guidelines for the third-party products you use to avoid the dangers that may arise. Your obligations and rights when using and accessing third-party products are fully governed by the agreements you have signed with these providers.

**Notes:**

① Do not disassemble or repair this product by yourself.

② When charging, please choose the appropriate current and voltage to prevent damage to the battery or other hazards.

③ If you feel that the product is abnormally hot when using or charging smart gloves, please remove the power supply and turn off the switch until it cools completely.

④ Do not place the product in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this may cause the product to overheat or damage.

The symbols appearing in this manual are defined as follows:

During the warranty period, any malfunctions caused by following the product instructions under normal usage conditions.

**The following situations are not covered by the warranty**

① The product data box is disassembled or damaged artificially, including defects, conditions or other accidents caused by or related to unauthorized modification or connection or unauthorized disassembly, maintenance with unauthorized parts or maintenance by unauthorized personnel or at unauthorized places;

② The data box of the product is soaked in water or washed with water;

③ The fabric of the product is seriously damaged by artificial pulling, cutting or scalding;

④ Physical damage to products or accessories, including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the surface of products or accessories;

⑤ The product is polluted, corroded or used in an improper environment, such as rough placement, outdoor use, use in liquid, damp or extremely high temperature or other harsh environment, or use, corrosion or oxidation under rapid environmental changes;

⑥ The product is not charged in the correct way or the battery is improperly used, including the failure caused by power surge or other current problems not caused by the product or accessories;

⑦ The product is not washed in the specified way;

⑧ The software driver of the product is in the process of updating, and the data cable and power adapter line are unplugged or disconnected without authorization.

⑨ If the serial number, date code, watermark mark or warranty seal (invalid label) of products or accessories are deleted, erased, erased or tampered with or illegible;

⑩ Appearance wear and tear of products or accessories caused by normal wear and tear;

⑪ Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, will reasonably lose their performance over time, unless such loss is caused by a malfunction;

⑫ Other matters (including but not limited to the defects of consumable parts) caused by accidents, natural forces or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of UDEXREAL, unless such defects are directly caused by a malfunction;

⑬ For any computer or other product that can be connected with the product, UDEXREAL does not guarantee that the operation of the product or accessories will not be interrupted or error-free;

⑭ The product-related software (including but not limited to the operating system and/or firmware, etc.) has not been correctly updated or any unsuccessful modification has been made;

⑮ Faults caused by using or connecting products or accessories with any products or accessories that are not approved or provided by UDEXREAL, or by using them in a way other than their designated purposes, which are not defects of the products themselves;

⑯ Damages caused by other human sabotage or improper use against instructions.
